Be Beautiful: Home beauty routine to Follow…

 

If you cherish and nurture what you’ve got then only you can flourish…

Someone stated it completely right. Beauty rewarded to you has to be cherished and nurtured else it’ll whither down.

If you’d daily follow ‘Beauty Routine’ then your skin would keep glowing and effects of aging would be less evident. After reaching the milestone of 30 everyone should work few extra miles to keep the skin healthy. I’m Thankful for few things available that maked the skin glow.

Once a week use one as a Beauty Routine:

  • Moong Daal:

Soak Moong Daal (Split green gram) overnight and mix it in the blender into a coarse mixture. Add Besan (powdered Bengal gram) with curd and use the pack.

It has:

  1. Anti-tan properties
  2. nourishes the skin
  3. exfoliates skin
  4. brings a glow
  5. hydrates skin
  • Orange:

The shell of orange and the fruit are rich in  Vitamin C which is considered as very good for skin so you could rub it on the skin directly or let it dry then make a powder of it apply as a pack with rose water.

  • Papaya:

Ripe or raw in both forms Papaya could be used for the nourishment of the skin. Use it with lemon and curd as a pack and leave on for 15-20 min. Then wash with lukewarm water

  1. Lightens the skin tone
  2. Brightens skin
  3. Anti-acne properties
  4. Anti-aging
  5. Hydrates skin
  • Raw Milk:

The Raw Milk is very good hydration for skin. In olden days milk was infused with rose petals, Tulsi (basil) leaves, Kesar(Saffron) then used for washing face. It could left overnight and for rinsing face and neck in the morning. It should be applied to face and left to dry for 10 min and then washed, it’ll give better results.

  1. Moisturizes skin
  2. Anti-tanning
  3. Hydrates
  4. Cleanser
  5. Glowing skin
  6. Anti-aging properties
  • Aloe Vera:

The benefits of Aloe Vera are a lot. You should plant it in your kitchen garden and use it’s gel daily on the face if possible leave it on for 10-15 min then rinse off with lukewarm water.

  1. Anti-aging
  2. Anti-acne.
  3. Hydrates skin
  4. Treats sunburn
  5. Reduces stretch marks

These natural ingredients provide a very good protection to our skin. Even if we follow beauty routine daily, on weekends we could indulge in the luxury of pampering our skin. Use one of the above-mentioned ingredients in a week and switch to another next week. So that your skin would get maximum benefit out of them.

Tips:

  • If possible avoid cosmetics or makeup at home.
  • Try using natural products when at home to give the skin time to breath.
  • Use milk daily if possible.
  • Wash your face with lukewarm water after work.
  • Remove makeup daily and just moisturize the face.
  • Use tissues instead of a handkerchief.
  • Use hand sanitizer regularly.
  • Lemon and cucumber are lifelines they could be used directly on the skin for hydrated and glowing skin. Just add a dash of cucumber and few drops of lemon to fruit packs. That’s it!!

Follow the beauty routine and you’d feel a huge difference in your skin in few days only. The healthy and glowing skin adds to your beauty.

  1. commendable post that tells us so many beauty tips at the comfort of our homes . I do use aloe vera occasionally but didn’t know any of the other tips . Thanks .
