The author has done a thorough study of food which would be the best healthy life. She has given some great tips to pick up healthy food & Health Boosting Drinks because health is not an option it’s a necessity.
I loved it that the book is very organized and the author has covered very important diseases and the diet which would help allay the illness too.

The best part about the book is that author has written every fact backed up by research and publications which are mentioned in the book for readers who’d like to know more.
